You can do this with frame actions and a bit of JavaScript logic:

1- First, create a frame action by hovering on top of the frame in which you want to pause and clicking on the little + (plus) button that appears on top.
2- An editor will open, here you need to tell Animator to pause the animation, wait the desired time and play the animation again, you can express this in JavaScript with:

// pause the animation

// wait 1 second and play the animation again
setTimeout(() => {
}, 1000);

You can change 1000 to any arbitrary number of milliseconds.

3- In order to see if it works, click on the eye icon near the top-right corner of the app to enter Preview mode.
